Acting as a main technical adviser on a Construction site for Subcontractors, crafts peoples and operatives.
Monitoring the progress of construction and erection Civil ,MEP and Finishing works
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc, required for all civil and related works prior to execution.

Construction of 200 Villas , including structure , Finishing and MEP Works

Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works

Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall quality control of the site, provide advises & suggestion to improve quality control at construction site & assist project manager to achieve the target with respect to quality issues & ISO 9001:2000
Site Management and Handling of work as per drawings.
Checking of Formwork, Reinforcement and embedded items.
Conduct daily civil work inspections in accordance to approved plans and standards.
